Frequently Asked Questions

Is Unity Card compatible with my phone?

If you have a smartphone, the answer is almost certainly yes. All iPhones models iPhone 6 and later and about 90% of the Android phones have NFC enabled. Additionally, as a backup, all smartphones, both Apple and Android, have a built-in QR code scanner. Simply open up the camera and point it at the QR code located on the back of every Unity Card.

Does the person I’m meeting need an app to receive my info?

Nope! That’s the beauty of Unity Cards, the other person doesn’t need an app or a Unified Network account to receive your info. Your profile opens in their browser, which every smartphone has.

How do I edit my information on the card?

You can set up your Unified Network Profile by activating your Unity Card. In your account dashboard, you will be able to update your contact details, photo, socials and payment details whenever you’d like. Any changes you make are instantly applied to your card in real-time.

Can I create multiple profiles?

You sure can. You can get as many cards as you’d like, and manage them separately using a unique email address.

Are there any hidden fees?

Not at all. A one-time purchase of a Unity Card is all that is needed.

Is Unity Smart Card safe?

Unity Smart Cards are completely safe to share. Because your profile is completely customizable, you can add and edit the information on your card at any time. You can also customize your privacy settings on your account dashboard.

What do I do if I lost my card?

You may lock your account first by setting your Profile Privacy to “Only Me”. This will make your profile not viewable with the lost card. You may then contact us at support@unifiednetwork.asia using the email account linked to your Unified Network Account to order for a card replacement.

Do you have any packages for teams and businesses?
